1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across Delhi, NCR, and pan-India. International shipping is not available at the moment.
2. Shipping Charges
- For Orders Below ₹999: A standard shipping fee of ₹50 will be applied.
- For Orders Above ₹999: Enjoy free shipping across India.
- Express Delivery (Delhi-NCR Only): Additional charges of ₹150 for same-day or next-day delivery.
Note: Shipping charges are subject to change based on promotions or offers.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Delhi-NCR: 1-3 business days
- Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
- Rest of India: 5-7 business days
- Express Delivery (Delhi-NCR Only): Delivered within 24-48 hours
Note: Delivery times may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or public holidays.
4. Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are processed within 24 hours of placement, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
- You will receive a confirmation email/SMS with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
5. Tracking Your Order
- Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
- You can also track your order under the ‘My Orders’ section on our website.
6. Delivery Partners
We partner with trusted courier services like Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure safe and timely delivery.
7. Failed Deliveries & Reattempts
- If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will retry up to two times.
- If the order is undelivered after three attempts, it will be returned to us, and the shipping charge will not be refunded.
8. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- COD is available for orders up to ₹5,000.
- Additional ₹50 COD fee is applicable.
- Customers must make full payment before accepting the package.
9. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items:
- Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery via email at [Your Email] or WhatsApp at [Your Contact].
- Provide order details and images of the damaged package for quick resolution.
